Disruption Elite Fastpitch focuses on a positive mindset and self empowerment to help transform our female athletes into strong women on and off the field. We compete at higher levels of competition, building knowledge of the game, rewarding effort, energetic attitudes, and the coach-ability of our athletes. We work hard in the off season to achieve peak performance during competition. We strive for perfection, but never expect it, believing practice makes permanent, not perfect.
